For international travel, Thai Airways recommends you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. Flights close 30 minutes before departure. Passengers traveling internationally should be at the gate 45 minutes before departure.
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited is the national air carrier of Thailand, operating out of Suvarnabhumi Airport, and is a founding member of the Star Alliance network. Children up to 2 years old (24 months), are not required to have their own seat. You can also choose to purchase a seat for your infant as long as you have the proper child restraint device. To travel internationally a child under 2 years old (24 months) is charged a percentage of an adult fare plus taxes, even if the infant will be on the lap of another passenger for the flight, contact Thai Airways for more information.
In addition to a personal item (overcoat, laptop, purse) passengers are allowed one carry-on bag whose dimensions does not exceed 115 cm/45 ins and which does not weigh more than 7 kg/15 lbs.
