Midwest Airlines' Online Check-in allows you to check-in up to 24 hours before your flight departs. To using Online Check-in you have to fulfill following requirements - Check-in 90 minutes-24 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. - You have an electronic ticket for a confirmed reservation on Midwest. - You are not traveling to/from Las Vegas. - You are not a special needs passenger. Make sure you leave enough time at the airport to get through security, check your bags etc. If you have bags to check, you will be able to print your boarding pass at home but will have to drop your bags with a Midwest Airlines skycap or at a Midwest Airlines Check-in counter at the airport before the cut-off time. When you use Online Check-in you can change or select your seat.
If you plan to check in at the airport, Midwest Airlines recommends you arrive at the airport 90 minutes before your flight is scheduled to depart. Passengers must be in the gate area at least 20 minutes before flight departure.

Children up to 2 years old (24 months), are not required to have their own seat. You can also choose to purchase a seat for your infant as long as you have the proper child restraint device. Midwest Airlines offers these seats at a 50% discounted fare. A child under 2 years old (24 months) can travel domestically for free as long as the infant will be on the lap of another passenger for the flight.
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage: 21in x 9.5in x 14in. Each passenger is allowed 2 checked bags as long as each bag adheres to the below requirements: - Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/157 cm - Maximum Weight: 50 lb/23 kg Fee for any bag weighing 51-70 lb: $25. Fee for any bag weighing 71-100 lb: $50. Bags weighing more than 100 lb will not be accepted. Fee for any bag between 63-115 inches: $80. Bags exceeding 115 inches will not be accepted. Fee for additional bag: $50 each. Excess bags are only permitted if space is available.
