Web Check-in is available for passengers holding a confirmed E-ticket as follows: for Club Premiere check-in timings is 48 hours to 1 hour prior to departure.
For Economy class check-in timings for JP Platinum Members and JP Gold Members - 48 hours to 1 hour prior to departure, for JP Silver Members and JP Blue Plus Members – 24 hours to 1 hour prior to departure, for JP Blue Members and Non JP Members - 12 hours to 1 hour prior to departure.
Check-in usually starts 150 minutes before departure. Please check-in at the airport at least 75 minutes before scheduled time of departure. Passengers are requested to report 120 minutes prior to departure time at Srinagar, Jammu & Leh airports for check-in due to extra security measures. The boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure time.
