Eva Airways' Online Check-in allows you to check-in up to 24 hours before your flight departs. To use Online Check-in you have to fulfill following: - Check-in 3-24 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. - You must be a ticketed passenger with a confirmed booking. - If traveling internationally, you must be departing from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) or Kaohsiung Airport (KHH). - You are not a special needs passenger. You can use Online Check-in if you have bags to check, but you will need to drop your bags with Eva Airways staff at the airport. You can change your seat when you use Online Check-in.
For international travel, Eva Airways recommends you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight for check-in. Passengers traveling internationally should be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure.

Children up to 2 years old (24 months), are not required to have their own seat. You can also choose to purchase a seat for your infant as long as you have the proper child restraint device. If you travel internationally, a child under 2 years old (24 months) is charged a percentage of an adult fare plus taxes, even if the child will be on the lap of another passenger for the flight. All carry-on luggages must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. In addition to a personal item passengers are allowed one carry-on bag whose dimensions do not exceed 115 cm/45 in and which does not weigh more than 7 kg/15 lbs.
